Our office is equipped with the latest technology in service of process to provide you with real up to date status via email notification, our online client portal, or good old fashion telephone call. Our system is build for you to access all of your files online and review the status of each job. In addition, you are also able to print out a copy of your affidavits of service and invoices from the same portal. This allows you quick access to all your work anytime you need from wherever you are. All of our affidavits meet and exceed the statutory requirements for the State of Florida.

  • When will my documents be served?

    We offer 5 service levels. First attempt will occur within these timeframes:

    • Service by Appointment - your preferred date & time
    • Emergency - 4 hours
    • Priority Rush - 24 hours
    • Rush - 24-48 hours
    • Routine - 3 days
  • Can we upload documents online?

    Yes! Repeat customers may upload via our client portal. All firms are provided with a login to upload and track all documents for service.

  • Do you send email updates?

    Yes! We can set up automated emails for status updates and completion. You may also check the status of each job online, anytime.

  • Do you have a link to the Clerk's office?

    Sure, click here for all Floriday County Clerk's websites.

  • Do you have a link to the Florida Courts E-Filing?

  • Where is your service area?

    South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties) is our local service area.

    We also serve the entire state of Florida and Nationwide. International service is also available -- please contact us for rates and time frames.

  • Are service attempts logged with GPS?

    Yes! Our process servers use our mobile app to track all service attempts. We may also take photographs and upload them to your dashboard for online access.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, business & cashier checks. We do not accept personal checks. Prepayment is required for all new clients.
